2. Orders & Payments
- All orders are subject to acceptance and confirmation by Regalos India.
- Payments can be made through secure gateways such as Cashfree, Bank Transfer, or other authorized methods.
- Prices are exclusive of applicable taxes unless specified otherwise.

3. Product Customization
For custom or branded merchandise, design approval by the client is mandatory before production. Once approved, customization orders cannot be cancelled or refunded.

4. Shipping & Delivery
- Delivery timelines will be communicated during order confirmation.
- Delays caused by logistics partners or unforeseen circumstances will be communicated promptly.
- Ownership transfers to the buyer upon dispatch.

5. Intellectual Property
All logos, designs, and content displayed on the website are the intellectual property of Regalos India. Unauthorized use or reproduction is strictly prohibited.

6. Limitation of Liability
Regalos India shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website.

7. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Bangalore, Karnataka.
