Cancellation and Refund Policy
        Effective Date: 1st Jan 2024

        At Regalos India, we value your trust and strive to provide a seamless experience. Our cancellation and refund policy is as follows:

        1. Order Cancellation
        - Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order, provided production or dispatch has not commenced.
        - Customized or personalized products cannot be cancelled once artwork or branding approval has been given.

        2. Refunds
        - Refunds are issued only if:
          - The order is cancelled before processing; or
          - The product delivered is defective, damaged, or materially different from the approved sample.
        - Refunds, if applicable, will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 working days after internal verification.

        3. Replacement
        In case of incorrect or damaged delivery, we may offer a replacement instead of a refund, after due investigation.

        4. Exceptions
        - No refunds on bulk/custom corporate orders once production has started.
        - Minor variations in color or design due to screen differences or printing tolerances are not eligible for refund claims.
